1/4 cup butter, melted
3 Tbs sugar
3/4 tsp cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400° F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Unroll pie crust. Cut into rounds with a biscuit cutter or desired shapes with a cookie cutter. Transfer to sheet pan, and brush with melted butter. In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. Generously sprinkle the dough circles with the cinnamon sugar. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden.
